		<description>I haven&#039;t read it, but I wasn&#039;t too impressed by the first book in the series so I probably won&#039;t pick this one up.

I have a few YA recommendations, and if you ever get around to them, I would love to read your thoughts.

The &lt;i&gt;Abarat&lt;/i&gt; series by Clive Barker, &lt;i&gt;The Ropemaker&lt;/i&gt; and its sequel &lt;i&gt;Angel Isle&lt;/i&gt; by Peter Dickinson, and &lt;i&gt;Tender Morsels&lt;/i&gt; yb Margo Lanagan.</description>
